CIPAV “Covid-19 : un dispositif exceptionnel d’aide”

Can you explain please about the help that CIPAV is offering. Is there a catch? To benefit, they are saying the help is for those “in difficulty”. Whilst I am not strictly in financial difficulty, I have suffered a loss of around 4000€ in rental income between March - June due to CV. If I apply for the ‘help’ ( their simulator says they would credit by bank account with around 800€ ), will there be a catch or consequences down the line? Here is what they say:
Pour les micro-entrepreneurs (ME) :
Le dispositif d’aide consiste à vous verser directement, sur votre compte bancaire, un montant correspondant à la cotisation de retraite complémentaire que vous avez réglée au titre du forfait social de cotisations calculé sur votre chiffre d’affaires 2019. Ce dispositif n’est pas un remboursement de votre cotisation, c’est à dire que vos futurs droits à la retraite complémentaire acquis en 2019 sont préservés.
