Closure of SARL and openening of Microenterprise
I believe that it is not possible to downscale a SARL. Our income during 2021 is predicted to be substantially less due to Brexit and Covid. We have made the decision that the cost associated and time spent chasing the accountants in the running of our SARL is not worth the efforts. We have made the decision to close it down and set up a microenterprise. I would like to know after we close the SARL, can we set up an microenterprise with no problems or will we have restrictions on our personal files. We do not intend to leave any debts, the business took a government covid loan and we had planned to pay this back through the microenterprise. Any advice would be appreciated as our accountant does not appear to be responding to any questions we ask.
thank you in advance
