Colour Driving License Forms

I realised that with the uncertainty of Brexit, I should apply to change my driving license to a French one before the end of the month so I could drive to clients, if needed. I notice that one of the application forms must be printed in colour, not black and white!
Is is possible to collect colour forms from the local Mairie or should I try elsewhere?
