Contributions to organisations FNCIP-HT?

I have been receiving Bordereau de Contribution forms for my entreprise unipersonnelle à responsabilité limitée (EURL) that my accountant has always taken care of by providing their stamp (cachet obligatore). I have never paid them anything. I am self employed. I am the only employee and sell used clothing online via various sites.

I am in the process of starting my auto-entrepreneur status, my EURL is in the process of closing but have just received another bordereau with my name registered as the auto-entrepreneur. Why do they keep asking me for contributions?
The origination, I believe was from an accountant that set up my EURL and that I no longer working with. Am I required to pay them a contribution?
If not, how can I get rid of these letters and demands from them as an auto-entrepreneur?
