Cotisation foncière des entreprises - CFE Bill

I checked the CFE bill, and the amount to pay is 405€, to be paid by 16 Dec 2024.

However, I was wondering why the tax is higher than last year. This year I worked as a freelance until July, in 2023 I worked all year and the CFE was 365€, in 2022 it was my first year so I did not pay anything. how come 2024 is higher when I worked only 7 months?

also, I plan to close the auto-entrepreneur down as I am on a CDI.
