Creating URSSAF account for micro entrepreneur

I am trying to complete the registration / creation of my URSSAF account online- so that I can then go on and declare any earnings (which just so happen to be nil at this point though I understand that I need to log on and share then) HOWEVER the welcome page asks me ‘click here’ to ‘To complete your business creation formality, please click here .’ Have tried to complete using both Chrome and Edge.
What am doing wrong/ have missed?
