Creating website for EI business

Can you please inform me of the essential things I must do to comply with French legal and bureaucratic requirements when creating a business website that advertises my entreprise individuelle (EI) business?

I know for example that every mention of my name on the website must bear the mention EI e.g. “Sohail Axxx EI”, right?

Must I also display business address and/or contact information, SIRET number, details of the relevant registration authority, any specific “mentions légales”, info about ownership of website content, and whether the business is subject to VAT? Does there need to be any mention of GDPR-related compliance or a cookie policy?
