Date of invoices and livres des recettes

I teach with an online teaching platform, where students pay the platform after each lesson, and then the platform releases the money into an account I have on the website shortly after, which I can then withdraw into my bank account at any time.  The money is released into my account on the website as and when the platform receives payment from students for the lessons, which is normally within a few hours after the lesson.

For the purposes of invoicing and livre des recettes, can I declare these payments/date the invoices on the day that the payments go into my account on the website, or must I date/declare them on the day that I then withdraw the money into my bank account?

It would be much better if I could write each invoice/declare each payment on the day that the money goes into my account on the website, but I have heard that you have to declare it as the date that the money goes into your bank account.  Seen as I have complete control over my account on the website and this is when the money ‘reaches’ me, I’m hoping this can be the date I can use.
Thanks
