Dates for paying quarterly social charges and income tax?

I started my business last July 2011 and received my first quarterly social charges bill at the end of Nov, which I paid.

1. Should I be getting ready to pay my 2nd quarterly bill at the end of Jan 2012? Then after on these dates April 31, July 31 and Oct 31?

2. Will I get a reminder or a form through the post like the first time or do I just have to download the form myself?

3. With regards to my income tax, which I opted for paying one year down the line, should I be paying my first income tax now or next Jan 2013?
