My husband and myself are auto-entrepreneurs with gites and chambres d’hotes in France. We declare our UK rental income to the UK tax office but would like to know the following when declaring in France:
- Form 2047 K. Do I fill in the V11 section?
- Under column 4 I declare our gross income and in Column 6 I declare our outgoing cost, e.g. mortage, ground rent, property repairs, other allowable expenses etc. Column 5 I leave blank as on our 2013 UK tax we owed no tax (the initial renovation costs are still off setting any tax due). In column 3 (Nature du Revenu) do I put rev fonciers?
- Do I need to fill in the V1 section as well?
- Do I have to fill in any other forms to declare UK rental?
