Deleting an INPI Auto-Entrepreneur application

I’m setting up a friend as an auto-entrepreneur but the application has been a pain and we have had to keep adding documents, they don’t like the way we phrased the activity and so on.

Is there anyway you can delete the application and then start again, as he would like to change the activity, which would allow it to be dealt with by INSEE rather than TCO? I’ve searched and searched but cannot how to do it!
