Diagnosis and operation during termination of my mutuelle.

My mutuelle is expensive, so I am terminating at the end of December. I am going for an knee x-ray this week (First week in December).
If I need an operation (which I would have to wait about a month for), could I claim on my mutuelle as the complaint started while the mutuelle was still paid for, but the operation will be after the mutuelle has terminated?
