Do I need to complete a form to join a pension service?

I read somewhere that I will automatically get enrolled in a pension service via my auto-entrepreneur registration. I’ve received another letter from KLESIA saying they are one of two providers in my area and asking me to fill in one of two forms. One to join them, and one to let them know I am registered with someone else, which I’m not. Do I need to complete a form to join a pension service or will my inclusion be automatic after a period of time?
