Do I have to complete the whole Cotisation Fonciere Des Entreprises 2012 form?

I have the Cotisation Fonciere Des Entreprises 2012 form to complete before the deadline next week. As an Auto-Entrepreneur I believe I am exempt from paying this, is this correct? Also, do I have to complete the whole form? If so do you have any help/advice on completing it?
