Do I legally have to have an accountant to set up a reel simplifee or EURL?

I am in the process of creating a business in France with l’aide aux demandeurs d’emploi créant ou reprenant une entreprise (Accre). And for me reel simplifee seems the best choice (reading your forum etc.), as I am just starting up my business, and I don’t see much income the first year (a consultant in development durable).
But for obtaining help, they are, let’s say, more generous, it seems if I create a entreprise unipersonnelle à responsabilité limitée (EURL) and have a KBIS number.
But I’m concerned that this structure is too much too soon, for a one-man consultancy, and reading your other posts seems rather more expensive to set up, e.g. 2,000 euro, plus capital, plus accountant, plus TVA registered.
- Is it really around 2,000 euro to set up a EURL business in France?
- Do I legally have to have an accountant?
- Is there anyway basically to reduce these costs the first year?
