Do I need permission from my landlord to start a business in France?

I understood that when registering an auto entrepreneur business in France I need a written permission from the landlord.

Is this true or is there some other means of granting this permission?
Do you submit this when registering the business or at a later occasion?
Also, if I set up the business and don’t have the separate bank account then but put it up later, is it a big problem to change the assigned account?
