Do I need to mention agent commercial on form cerfa 15260*01?

As I am set up as a commercant business as a chambre d’hôtes in France under 5520Z hébergement touristique et autre hébergement de courte durée : conventions collectives correspondantes. I understand that I will need to complete form Cerfa 15260*01, but I am also an agent commercial as my secondary code.

  1. Do I have to mention this on the form, or is this nothing to do with it as it is counted as liberal?
  2. Can you also explain what is going to change by completing this form?
