Do I need to use an accountant to change the address of a SARL?

Is it a legal obligation to use an accountant, notaire or lawyer to change the address of a SARL? I understand that you need to publish the change in a legal publication though.


If a law person can change the address, please could you confirm what the steps are to do it?
