Do I qualify for CFE Exoneration?

I’ve just registered as an auto-entrepreneur. Ten years ago I was Profession Liberale and in between I’ve been salaried. I’m now panicking that because I used to be Profession Liberale albeit 10 years ago, I won’t qualify for CFE exoneration for the first 3 years. Does anybody know?
