Do we have to declare a room in our house used for Airbnb

I read that: ” anyone wishing to list their French property on Airbnb must register it with the authorities as meublés touristiques non-classés and display their registration number on their listing as well as charging up to €4.40 per person per night.

Does that apply if you rent out a single room in your own house?
