EIRL better than auto-entrepreneur when you have commercial liabilities?

My wife will soon be taking over her own commercial property to run her business as a yoga teacher and shiatsu practitioner. Currently she is operating as an auto-entrepreneur from rented premises. Now that the EIRL system has been running for a while, do you have an opinion as to whether it is a good regime? Would it suit my wifes business as she will now have commercial liabilities. Her income is still under the auto-entrepreneur threshold.
