My accountant told that in case of entreprise unipersonnelle à responsabilité limitée (EURL) business in France which has small starting capital (2,000 euros) it is not possible to pay dividends at all. He told that all salary will be accompanied also with social security tax, no matter when I will take money out from the company.
If I understood correctly, EURL is better because it’s possible to pay dividends, which will be taxed differently - with 15% incorporation tax. Or maybe I got it wrong?
