EURL, intermittent du spectacle ou personne physique?

I have been registered as an auto-entrepreneur business in France since 2010, but I now have to change my business status. I work as director of photography, photographer and photoshop retoucher. In general there are three different job situations.

  1. Jobs where I invoice for my work/day rate only billed directly to a client
  2. Jobs where I offer a forfait including the rental of camera/lighting/computers and that will be billed to a production company
  3. Jobs where I organise and invoice for the entire production, my fee, assistants, technicians, retouchers, studio and equipment hire

So far I work mostly in category one and two but I want to create a structure to allow for situation three as well. A lot of people around me are registered as Intermittent but I think that would not allow me to bill for equipment rental and me being able to offer forfaits with camera and lighting is half the reason I am very busy at the moment. A friend who is in a similar work situation registered as personne physique because it was easier but I do not know anything about that status.

My CA for 2012 is around 58,000 euros with 12,000 euros costs for bought equipment, phone internet. In addition our the running costs for my car which is used private and for business and my office, I work from home in a dedicated office 15m2 inside a 75m2 apartment and the cost for professional insurance (at the moment I only have liability for auto-entrepreneur at 120 euros p/a).
