Exchange rates for invoices

I’m going to be invoicing in US dollars or GB pounds - do I need to put the exchange rate on the invoice or can I just invoice in the USD/GBP? I’m aware that the exchange rate will be different on the date of payment anyway (for the livre des recettes and chiffre d’affaires), so do I need the exchange rate on the invoice?
For my livre des recettes and chiffre d’affaires: when an exchange rate gives me a price with more than 2 decimal places (e.g. 10.5464), would I round up or down to 2 decimal places for the price in euros?
Thanks
