Fee for online auto-entrepreneur registration?

I have just spent the morning helping my sister to fill in the online auto-entrepreneur registration form. I was directed to the Chambre de Metiers site as she is making things. Sent off completed form with the certified scan of passport and all seemed to go OK and I got acknowledgement. But now I have received request for 81 euros and whole heap of other papers. Can you see where we went wrong please?
