first declaration

Hello, just about to make my first declaration. But im confused as to which line applies to me I run Gites - Camping / Glamping -
Code 5520Z - Hébergement touristique

the lines are,

054 Ventes de merchandises ACCRE 3.20%
055 Prestations de services commerciales ou
artisanales ACCRE 5.50%
792 Autres prestations de service ACCRE 5.50%
576 Formation prof. Obligatoire 0.10%

I thought it was line two and four - 055 and 576 which applied to me but im having second thoughts about line 2.

Could you clarify please
