First Declaration De Chiffre D’affairs with temporary Numero de Securite Social

I still have not received my final social security number, ad as such I can not make declaration or payment online. I have paper forms that have arrived from URSSAF by post with a deadline for filing of 31/01/2020.

How do I return those to URSSAF? by post with a cheque or do I have to make an appointment to their office in person?
