First URSSAF declaration micro entrepreneur

I would like to know if your answer on 21 Jan 2015 is still valid wrt First URSSAF declarations? I have seen that one needs to wait three months before making a declaration. My challenge is, I need to submit my turnover each month to Pole Emploi as well, so how do I go about? Thank you for your feedback.
