Fishing holidays for UK anglers. What’s the best business structure?
I recently moved to France and intend to apply for the withdrawal agreement residence permit. I want to start up as self employed sole trader offering carp fishing holidays at our lake here in France but, although we will have some Euro customers, initially the majority of my customers will be from the UK. They will want to pay in £s and I intend to use a UK account to receive the payments. Marketing and selling will be primarily in the UK as this is the easiest way for me to get the business off the ground.
I’d like to also offer chambre d’hotes here (not just for anglers). What is the best structure for my business? Do I need 2 separate businesses in France and 1 in UK? Can I do everything in 1 business? What legal structure is best?
Any opinions and advice are gratefully appreciated.
