Hi Valerie, I have now bought a food trailer, I still do the work that I originally started entering France under my auto-entrepreneur company and have now been offered a contract by U**P to catering for them as an ongoing self-employed chef. I need to fit this all under the same umbrella, so to speak. You did answer a similar question saying that under one Auto-entrepreneur you can do several and different thing, but is this the best way forward or should I start a VAT registered company?

I have insurance in place, I have my HACCP training done, but do I need to pass the trailer for health and safety reasons, I guess so but who do I contact please?
