I have a tour company in USA. We will be selling tours in Paris and hiring guides who are auto-entrepreneurs to service those tours.
If we don’t have employees or assets in France, then we don’t need to set up a French entity?
Any reporting required for us working with auto-entrepreneurs?
Any compliance requirements/agreements that we need to have to work with auto-entrepreneurs? Pay agreement, invoicing, etc?
