Formulaires fiscaux - where do I send them off?
I’ve received a form to fill in from my accounting company: Formulaire d’adhesion aux service en ligne’.
I’ve filled that in. There is a note at the top of the form: ‘Service gestionnaire auquel je dois addresser le present formulaire’ with the address of my local SIE.
The form appears to be (je sousigne.. pour l’entreprrise…’ an authorisation form for my accountant to act on my behalf. The accountant appears to have filled in their parts and signed it on 13/09/17
My question is: what do I do with this form now? Do I send it to the SIE address indicated? Or shall I send it to my accountant? Or shall I send a copy here and a copy there? Or else?
My accountant has not responded to my multiple requests to answer these questions.
What shall I do?
