Getting Carte PRO as a sport coach in France

If you’re looking to become a fitness instructor in France, I believe you need a Carte Pro.

I’ve been looking at the website- https://declaration-educateur.sports.gouv.fr/accueil but wondered if you know much about it?
Are you able to do this activity as an auto-entrepreneur?
Can UK or Irish qualifications be recognised in France?
