Health insurance: malakoff médéric humanis

I received a contract proposition from “malakoff médéric humanis”, it seemed to be aimed at companies with employees but I am an EURL and only have auto-entrepreneurs working with me, so am I right to think it’s not for me? Would something like this be obligatory even if you are working alone?
