Help for an auto-entrepreneur with low earnings?
It seems very unfair seeing as (if I understand the tax form correctly) even employed people automatically get at least 10% in expenses taken off their revenue declaration. However, I’m not planning on taking on the French government - just yet :0)
Anyway, next question. I’m just coming to the end of my first year as an auto-entrepreneur and my turnover is around 10.000 euros, with very little new business coming in. I have no other revenue, and so far I’ve been supplementing my income with my savings in order to live. It now occurs to me that there might possibly be some help available for people in my situation. Do you know of anything? If I decide it’s not viable to continue and close down the business would I able to register as a chomeur?
