Holiday home management insurance

I’m struggling to find an insurance. I look after people’s holiday homes and let in their clients / call the cleaner / call the plumber and so on. I can’t find anybody to insure me to do this? Have been to MAAF / AXA / aeco and a local broker and no one can help. Aeco have insured a friend of mine to do DIY and so on and he holds keys etc. but won’t insure me, why?
