How can I choose when to pay my declarations and why do I have 2 SIRET numbers?

I recently filed a change of address (Paris to Val de Marne) and the last 2 numbers of my SIRET changed.
The dossier was filed and completed in November. URSAFF confirmed my new SIRET number in early Jan. I just logged on to file my Declaration Trimestrielle and after paying realized that there are 2 SIRET numbers linked to my name. I completed and paid under the old number since the screen popped up with my name and declaration. When I clicked on the pull-down menu I realized that my new SIRET number was also attached to the account just with a monthly chart and 2 options to pay either monthly or by trimester with months and dates for both options.
My questions:
- I should only have one SIRET number correct?
- Why hasn’t this been updated in the system?
- Who do I contact to make sure that there are no errors?
- How do I choose when to pay? I have always paid quarterly.
