How can I correct my APE code?

I am not sure how this happened, but my APE code is wrong on the INSEE document I have received. Instead of 9319Z, they have me listed as 9312Z. How can I correct this? After reviewing my application again, I did actually list my APE code as 9319z autres activities liees au sport, and then I registered with CIPAV as coach sportif as listed. However, where I may have made a mistake was with sa nature of the activites which I listed as services, and with the son lieu d’exercise as en clientèle. Could the answers to these questions be the reason why the code was changed, and should I complete the form to change the code, or will they again revert it. Will this designation result in me being a business commercial?
