How can I take a commision and not be taxed on all money received?

With my tutoring agency, I plan to receive all of the funds, the tutors’ and mine, of which mine would be about 10% and then send the tutors their money at the end of each month after they submit an invoice. However, would that make all the money I receive my turnover, in which case I would be taxed on the 90% that wasn’t mine. Or would it be understood which was mine and which was theirs? Another way is to get the tutors to take payment themselves and forward me the commission, but it doesn’t look as professional. Very confused!
