How do I confirm change from micro to auto-entrepreneur?
I used the official form to change from micro to auto-entrepreneur prior to December 31st 2010. I received confirmation from URSSAF via telephone that my status would change on Jan 1, 2012. I have not received any written confirmation from them. Now I see that my automatic prelevement of Jan 5th (cotisations 2012) based on my 2010 earnings was deducted from my account by URSSAF. In addition, I have just received a pre-appel from CIPAV of my cotisations 2012 also based on my 2010 revenues. I have not yet heard from RSI.
1. Can I assume my status has changed based on the telephone call from URSSAF?
2. Should I get in touch with the various organizations (URSSAF, CIPAV, RSI and other notifying them of my changed status?
3. Do I complete my first turnover declaration by 31st Jan, or do I wait? I opted for declaring on a quarterly basis.
4. Any other organization I need to notify?
