How do I employ people as part of my auto-entrepreneur business?
I am setting up a small business in France under my existing auto-entrepreneur status and need to know about what forms to use when employing people to work for my business. To be clearer, I am opening a small language school (I am a teacher and work in the office). I have 5 other teachers on our books who will teach other languages for me. All teachers will be auto-entrepreneur status, as I do not want to offer CDI or CDD but which forms are necessary to give to the teacher when they start work for me? The URSSAF gave me a Déclaration préalable á l’embrauche but it does not give an option for auto-entrepreneur only CDI or CDD?
Also, how can I separate the earnings that I make when it comes to declaring my tax? I will not pay myself a wage to start with to help the business get up and running, but how would I eventually separate the income of the business to my personal income? We have a business bank account and the profits go there and not to me personally?
