How do I pay 1.7% tax when making quarterly return to net-enteprise?

Previously I have paid business tax at source when making my quarterly auto-entrepreneur return to net-enteprise in France with no problems.

I have tried to make the quarter one return for January to March 16 and have a message saying I have not elected to pay the 1.7% tax which is not normal. Could you advise me how I elect to do this on net-enteprise website?
