How do I pay the extra auto-entrepreneur taxes?

You mentioned recently in a blog article that there are additional taxes to pay as an auto-entrepreneur and that they are compulsory as of January 2015. How these are supposed to be paid if you make quarterly declarations and pay your tax at source? I made my first quarter declaration on net services and they make the calculations of the taxes automatically, therefore if these new taxes are compulsory, why are they calculated in the net services declaration? Are they paid on last years income or this years income?
