How do I restart my auto-entrepreneur business?

I closed my auto entrepreneur business in France at the end July 2014 and wish to now restart it. My original activity was 62.03Z Gestion Installations Informatique, but in January 2014 I changed it to 47.91A Vente à distance sur cataloque général (Vente de logiciel online) - keeping both as activities I believe, but the principle changed to 47.91A. I have changed my address and have a different bank account.

What do I have to do to restart my auto-entrepreneur business in France and do you know how long it takes?
Am I able to use my personal bank account as I did before?
