How do I set up as a courier business in France?

I have an opportunity of acting as a courier for a UK company expanding into Europe. I have a van already and I’m registered as an auto-entrepreneur for an online business I have. What would be required to set up as a courier here? It would be for a van on 3.5t no larger. I know in the UK you don’t need anything but do you need a couriers licence here? Could I operate under my existing auto-entrepreneur?
