How do I start a business as an English teacher in France?

I have recently moved to France and I’m interested in starting an auto-entrepreneur business here as teaching English as a foreign language (TEFL).

I understand I have to register online at lautoentrepreneur.fr - if you could let me know which category I add and which regime please
When I register a business, I’m aware that I’m asked to join a mutuelle - do you have any suggestions?
