How do I start a second SARL as an import export business?
I currently have regular employment with French company, my wife runs a holiday business from our property. In 2008 we set up company via KPMG. It is a SARL. The revenue and expenditure is combined with my salary/tax and assessed accordingly.
We want to start a new, separate company. Essentially importing and exporting diggers, various industrial equipment, tractors, garden furniture. To do this we wanted to again create a SARL with my wife the CEO / manager as per the other SARL. Our aim would be to:
- Create another, separate SARL.
- Be taxed on our revenue, so we can combine complete family revenue/expenditure. Only family members part of the company.
- Be TVA registered so buying and exporting machinery, we pass on TVA.. Better cash flow.
- Again my wife would be CEO / Chief. Running the company.
- Set this up as fast as possible.
- Base the business at our property.
- Want to avoid any business requiring prior approval, no artisanal element etc. would import export sit under CCI?
I understand you can create business online, I found CFE for our region 47 and can do this online, I also saw online GuichetEnterprises. Not sure what difference is for business registration, please can you advise?
I tried to list the forms,
- Form MO…
- what should I enter in fiscal section for taxation…to make sure we are taxed on revenue as family?
- In TVA section, in first year, we will not exceed 4000 euros TVA. What box should I tick?
- Memorandum / articles… is there a template I can use? For import / export is this any different.
- Business premises, will utility bill be enough?
- manager appointment. How to we state this formally. That my wife will be chief?
- Depositing Capital, will our bank do this ? In advance of KBIS and prove deposit.
- I found a local newspaper that can receive online a request to publish, if we do this and they provide email confirmation would this be proof?
- Identity, birth and marriage certificates
- Statement from manager of good character, is there a template?
Would there be any other documents?
For payment and registration do I send a cheque or can you pay online?
