How Is An Annual Customer Payment Declared

Thanks for doing the membership site, it’s a great resource.

I have an online membership site that sells health & wellness videos that I create and users pay a one off fee for 12 months access.

I am an A/E, do I declare the yearly revenue per user the month they join? Or do I divide the amount over 12 months?

e.g. I have one user join in December 2021 for 100€. Do I declare 100€ as turnover or, as it’s for only one month in 2021, I declare 100/12 = Eur 8.3?
