How to set up a new herb business in France?

I would like to start a business in France selling herbal plants and gifts with a herb theme in markets and floral fetes, i.e. herb paintings, planter boxes, lavender bags and the actual herb pants.
- I would like to know if I could do this as an auto entrepreneur?
- Would I be able to sell herbs I grow myself?
- Do I need any qualifications to grow and sell plants?
- Is there a course I could inscribe to?
- Would I be able to do this under another regime if not auto entrepreneur?
- Can you give me a rough idea of what that may cost in initial contributions.
