I have a small SARL (société à responsabilité limitée) business in France that has been trading since 2004 with 4 full time employees. But as we know life is not easy and costs of are rising - just paid large TVA and Ursaaf bills etc. So I think I want to close my SARL and so I would like to know the implications, costs and how to close a it? Are there any employment issues with employees? After the SARL is closed are there any restrictions on me setting up another business, i.e. as an auto-entrepreneur?
